2nd Career Day of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering on Friday, June 9th – Registrations are now open!

After a highly successful debut in May 2022, Career Day is back on Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Large Auditorium of the campus in Koukouli (1 Megalou Alexandrou Street) with an aim to establish interconnection among the students and graduates of the Department and the labor market.

Through a comprehensive program of presentations, panel discussions and the hosting of booths ran by local and national companies searching for qualified personnel in the fields treated by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Career Day 2023 is expected to benefit the graduates and students of the Department who will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend interesting presentations by guest speakers on the soft and special skills that would be useful to develop for the job market, on the opportunities, trends, and employment challenges in the field of new technologies, on the preparation of a proper CV/resume, as well as on entrepreneurship prospects and tools
  • Engage in conversations or even be interviewed by representatives of companies looking for personnel at their booths
  • Get inspired by the experiences of graduates who are already employed in successful companies.

Students and graduates of the ECE Department who wish to participate in the Career Day can register on this form and optionally upload their CV, so that it can be forwarded to potential employers. Soon, a specially designed webpage offering updated information about relevant job openings will be made accessible via the Department’s website.
