Ioannis Kougias
Dr. Kougias Ioannis is a Professor at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the University of Peloponnese.
He received his BSc from Memorial University of NFLD, Canada, his M.Sc. from York University of Toronto, Canada and his Ph.D. from the University of Patras. His scientific and research interests are mainly focused on applied mathematical analysis, differential and integral equations, as well as on modern teaching methods of mathematics and related subjects, management and organization of educational environments.
He has taught: General and Higher Mathematics, Business Statistics, Probability Theory, Statistics & Combinatorial Analysis, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Calculus, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations in departments of the Technological Educational Institutions of Western Greece, Mesologgiou, Ipeirou.
He was Vice President of Academic Affairs, Head of the Department of Automation of the former Technological Educational Institute of Messolonghi and President of the Department of Informatics and Media of the former TEI of Western Greece.
