
Vassilios Triantafyllou
Vassilios Triantafyllou is a Diploma and PhD in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Patras. He is Professor, former chairman of the Department of Computer Engineering and former rector of TEI of Western Greece.
He has served as Researcher at the University of Patras, Institute of Computer Technology and Director of Research Unit 6, Scientific Manager of KEDD of TEI of Western Greece. His research interests include the design and analysis of routing algorithms, design and development of distance learning systems, with topics in electronic democracy and Sensor Networks.
He has served as scientific supervisor in 20 research projects and has published more than 55 scientific articles in international journals and conferences, and has authored 2 book chapters. His research has more than 45 references. He is a referee in 4 conferences.
